Learn About PPL Sunbury-Frackville Transmission Line

Join me and PPL for an informational open house on Thursday, April 23, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Mahantongo Fire Company, 102 Main Road, Pitman, to share details about the proposed PPL Sunbury-Frackville 230 kV Power Line Project.

This open house is a chance for residents of the 107th District to learn more about the project and speak directly with representatives from PPL Electric Utilities. You will be able to ask questions about the planned rebuild of approximately 37 miles of transmission line, the construction of a new switchyard in Butler Township, and other updates to our region’s electric grid.

PPL representatives will be available to discuss construction plans, right-of-way considerations, and any other concerns you may have.

This is a free, informal, drop-in event. Residents are welcome to stop by at any time between 6 and 8 p.m.
